MISSION

Our mission is to be the best travel agency in Kenya offering both travel and tour services for corporate and individual travellers with personalized and efficient attention.

We have a working relation with most airlines operating in Kenya and can easily access their central reservation system. We also work closely with scheduled and non-scheduled charters operating from Wilson airport to Southern Sudan and major parks in Kenya.
With this improved technology and our connections with the airlines, its now easy to send tickets by issuing electronic tickets and informing the client the ticket numbers by mail. This is a technology that Mighty Tours have embraced and we hope to make it better.

SYSTEM

We are fully computerized and linked to Galileo and Amadeus booking system meaning we are able to access most of the airlines central reservations worldwide. Our website is also able to link us with our local and overseas customers as it provides for electronically submitted request form.
We have also signed booking agreements with Fly 540 Aviation, ALS and East African Safari Air.

RESERVATIONS

We arrange flight and service reservations and communicate the same via email or fax. For record purposes, we request our clients to confirm all orders in writing either by email, fax or L.P.O (Local Purchase Order) confirming acceptance of the respective offers upon which we issue tickets or vouchers.We extend reasonable credit facilities to our major corporate clients.
For all tickets purchased within any given month, we extend credit to the 5th of the following month as by 10th .
We are required to pay the airlines in full.
For hotel and transport services payment is required upon confirmation of the said services.
We have well trained and competent consultants who are well versed in travel and tours with raging experiences drawn from the Airline/Travel industry.


SERVICES COST

We are charging consultancy fees for those airlines that are on zero commission though we negotiate the best deals and discounts from the airlines and other service providers.
Incase of group travel i.e. more than 10 passengers travelling to the same destination in the same flight, we negotiate for group discounts. For corporate clients depending on per-Airline turnover we negotiate for further corporate discounts.
